PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer of the promotion named "KOSMETYCZKA 11.09" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is RISK S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 1132855615, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 146129025, email address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.

2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"). Information provided in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a legally binding offer.

3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.

4. Information about the Promotion presented in the online store constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code.

§2 PROMOTION PERIOD

1. The Promotion will take place exclusively on September 11, 2026, from 00:00 to 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"), or until stocks of the promotional gift are exhausted.

2. The Promotion is available exclusively in the Organizer's online store at www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store").

§3 PROMOTION RULES AND PRICE REDUCTIONS

1. The Promotion applies to products available in the Online Store during the Promotion Period, including products already discounted as part of the ongoing SALE.

2. To participate in the Promotion, a customer must place a single order in the Online Store during the Promotion Period with a total product value of at least PLN 500.00 gross (in words: five hundred Polish zlotys and 00/100). Shipping costs are not included in this amount.

3. Once the condition specified in paragraph 2 above has been met, the following promotional benefits will be automatically applied in the shopping cart:

   a) a promotional product, "Kosmetyczka" (cosmetic bag), will be added at a price of PLN 0.01 gross (hereinafter referred to as the "Gift"),

   b) an additional discount of PLN 0.01 gross will be applied to the most expensive product in the Participant's shopping cart.

4. No discount code is required to participate in the Promotion. The Gift will be added and the discount applied automatically in the shopping cart once the minimum order value has been reached.

5. Each Participant is entitled to receive only one Gift per order.

6. Participants are not entitled to receive cash or any other form of compensation in exchange for the Gift or discount, nor are they entitled to exchange the Gift for another product.

7. The "KOSMETYCZKA 11.09" Promotion can be combined with the "SALE" promotion (the value of products purchased on sale counts towards the minimum order threshold of PLN 500.00). The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions running in the Online Store at the same time, unless the separate terms and conditions of those promotions state otherwise.

§4 COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by Participants via email to customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at +48 22 490 20 51, or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.

2. To facilitate and speed up the complaint review process, Participants are advised to provide a brief description of the issue and their contact details.

3. The Organizer will review complaints within 14 days of receipt and inform the Participant of the outcome using the same communication channel through which the complaint was submitted, unless the Participant specifies a different preferred method of communication.

§5 AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, including changes in legal regulations governing promotions, technical failures or issues beyond the Organizer's control, or the need to prevent abuse.

2. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will not adversely affect the rights acquired by Participants before the amendments take effect. In particular, orders placed before any amendments will be fulfilled under the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

§6 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

3. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law, including rights related to the non-conformity of goods with the contract.

4. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website at www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Terms and Conditions section.

5. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on September 11, 2026, at 00:00.
