§1 Organizer

1. The organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, telephone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The action will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for promotional purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. The promotion is organized under the name "OUTLET UP TO -40%" and is hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion".
4. Participation in the Action is voluntary.

§ 2 Promotion duration and participation conditions

1. The promotion will run from 28.04.2026 at 11:25 AM until 15.04.2026 until further notice and is aimed at people making online purchases on www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com or in the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw.
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any model from the OUTLET tab will be entitled to a discount of 25%, 30%, 35% or 40% on that product, as indicated on the label.
3. The promotion can be combined with other selected promotions of the Organizer.
4. During the promotion period, the list of models covered by it and the discount amount may change.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.

§ 3 Final provisions

1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under the warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, as amended) or the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Action are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Action is equivalent to accepting the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Action at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
