Promotion Terms and Conditions

§1 Organizer

1. The Organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for promotional purposes only and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.
3. The promotion is organized under the name "MUSEUM DATE UP TO -30%" and is hereinafter referred to as: "the Promotion".
4. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§ 2 Promotion Duration and Participation Conditions

1. The Promotion will take place from May 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM until May 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM or until revoked, and is addressed to individuals making purchases online at www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com or in the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw.
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any model from the MUSEUM DATE tab will be entitled to a discount of 10%, 15%, 20%, or 30% on that product, as indicated on the label. The discount will be applied after entering the discount code MUSEUMDATE in the designated field for discount codes or after entering it in the Customer's cart.
   
3. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions offered by the Organizer.
4. During the promotion, the list of models covered by it and the discount amount may change.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.

§ 3 Final Provisions

1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under the warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380 as amended) or from the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Promotion are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is equivalent to accepting the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions shall become effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
