§1 Organizer

1. The organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for promotional purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. The promotion is organized under the name "LET'S PLAY DO -30%" and is hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion".
4. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§ 2 Duration of the promotion and conditions of participation

1. The promotion will take place from May 29, 2026, from 00:00 to May 31, 2026, until 23:59, or until further notice, and is addressed to individuals making purchases online at www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com or at the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw.
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any model from the LET'S PLAY tab will be entitled to a discount of 15%, 20%, 25%, or 30% on that product, as indicated on the label. The discount will be applied after entering the discount code LETS PLAY in the designated field for discount codes or by entering it in the customer's cart.
   
3. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions of the Organizer.
4. During the promotion, the list of models covered by it and the amount of the discount may change.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.

§ 3 Final Provisions

1. The provisions of the Regulations do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380 consolidated text) or from the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Promotion are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is equivalent to accepting the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time during its duration, without giving reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Regulations" tab.
