 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The promotion is organized under the name "ONLY TODAY" and is hereinafter referred to as: "the Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place on June 9, 2026, from 00:00 to June 11, 2026, until 23:59, or until canceled, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com or at the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw.
2. Each Participant who purchases any product from the ONLY TODAY tab during the promotion period will be entitled to a 20% discount on these products.
3. On www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code TYLKODZIS in the designated field for discount codes or by entering it in the customer's cart.
4. During the promotion, the list of models covered and the discount amount may change.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions by the Organizer.

 §3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, as amended) or the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants in the Action are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Action is tantamount to accepting the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Action at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Regulations" tab.
