§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The promotion is organized under the name "SKIRT + TOP -10%" and is hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place on March 4, 2026, from 0:00 to 23:59 or until further notice, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com or in the boutique at Szpitalna 6a, 00-031 Warsaw, tel. +48 882 121 444.
   
2. Any Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases a set from the SKIRT + TOP category, consisting of a skirt and a top (i.e., any skirt and any top from this category), will receive a 10% discount on each of these two products.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be automatically applied in the Customer's shopping cart after adding the required products.
4. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
5. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
6. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions by the Organizer.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Regulations do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under the warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, as amended) or the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Campaign are subject to these Regulations. Participation in the Campaign is tantamount to accepting the rules of these Regulations.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations. Any changes to these Regulations will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Regulations will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Regulations" tab.
