PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARCHIVE SALE WEEKEND

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the promotion called “ARCHIVE SALE WEEKEND” (hereinafter: the “Promotion”) is RISK S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP (Tax ID): 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone: +48 22 490 20 51 (hereinafter: the “Organiser”).
2. The Promotion is run in the online store available at www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com (hereinafter: the “Store”).
3. A Participant in the Promotion is any person who makes a purchase in the Store during the Promotion (hereinafter: the “Participant”).
4. The Promotion is run in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”). Information contained in promotional materials is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
5. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion runs from 2.10.2026 at 00:00 until 4.10.2026 at 23:59 (Polish time) or while stocks of products covered by the Promotion last.
2. The Promotion covers selected models available in the ARCHIVE SALE section (hereinafter: the “Promotional Products”).
3. As part of the Promotion, the prices of Promotional Products are reduced by up to 50% compared to their price before the reduction. The amount of the reduction may differ between products and is shown next to each of them.
4. Reduced prices are displayed directly next to the products in the Store. Taking part in the Promotion does not require entering a discount code or meeting any additional conditions.
5. For each Promotional Product, information is provided about the lowest price of that product in the 30 days before the reduction was introduced.
6. The number of Promotional Products is limited. The Promotion applies while stocks of a given product last.
7. The price reduction does not apply to delivery costs.
8. The Participant may not receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the reduction.
9. The Promotion may be combined with other promotions and discount codes valid in the Store, unless the terms of those promotions or codes state otherwise.
10. In the event of withdrawal from the contract or return of a Promotional Product, the Participant is refunded the price actually paid for that product, i.e. the price after all reductions have been applied.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by Participants by e-mail to: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51, or in writing to the Organiser’s registered office address.
2. To help process a complaint more quickly, it is recommended to include a short description of the problem and the Participant’s contact details.
3. The Organiser considers complaints within 14 days of receipt and informs the Participant of the outcome in the same way in which the complaint was submitted (unless the Participant indicates a different channel of communication).

§4 CHANGES TO THE TERMS

1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons, which include: changes in the law governing promotions, technical failures and technical reasons beyond the Organiser’s control, or the need to prevent abuse.
2. Amendments to the Terms do not adversely affect rights acquired by Participants before the amendment comes into force. In particular, orders placed before the amendment are fulfilled under the previous rules.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of these Terms.
2. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by generally applicable Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. These Terms do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers arising from mandatory provisions of law (including rights relating to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
