PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ANNIVERSARY PERFECT MATCH

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the promotion called "ANNIVERSARY PERFECT MATCH" (hereinafter: the "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP (Tax ID): 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion shall be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the "Terms"). Information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place on 08.10.2026 (Thursday) from 00:00 to 23:59 or until further notice, and is addressed to persons making purchases online at www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com or in the Boutique at Szpitalna 6a, 00-031 Warsaw, tel. +48 882 121 444.
   
2. The condition for taking part in the Promotion and receiving a 10% discount is the simultaneous purchase, within a single transaction, of a set consisting of at least 1 (one) item from the "tops" category and at least 1 (one) item from the "bottoms" category.
3. On www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com the discount will be applied automatically in the Customer's cart once the required products have been added.
4. For purchases in the Online Store, the 10% discount is applied automatically in the cart once both products meeting the criteria referred to in sections 2 and 3 above have been added. In the Boutique, the discount is applied at the checkout when the purchase is finalised.
5. The 10% discount is calculated on the retail prices currently applicable in the Store for the products included in the set (including prices of products that have already been reduced or are covered by other discounts). The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant may not receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion may be combined with other selected promotions.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Participants may submit any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion by e-mail to: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the address of the Organiser's registered office.
2. In order to streamline and speed up the handling of a complaint, it is recommended to include a brief description of the problem and the Participant's contact details.
3. The Organiser shall consider complaints within 14 days of their receipt and shall inform the Participant of the outcome in the same way in which the complaint was submitted (unless the Participant indicates a different communication channel).

§4 AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND END OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons, which include: changes in the legal regulations governing promotions, failures and technical issues beyond the Organiser's control, or the need to prevent abuse.
2. Any amendment to the Terms shall not adversely affect the rights acquired by Participants before the amendment takes effect. In particular, orders placed before the amendment shall be fulfilled under the previous rules.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. These Terms do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers arising from mandatory provisions of law (including in respect of non-conformity of goods with the contract).
4. These Terms will be available on the Organiser's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Terms and Conditions" section.
5. These Terms enter into force on 08.10.2026 at 00:00.
