PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Swimsuit + Bag Set

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion titled "Swimsuit + Bag Set" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from 00:00 on July 16, 2026, until 23:59 on July 16, 2026, or until revoked, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com or in the Boutique at Szpitalna 6a, 00-031 Warsaw, tel. +48 882 121 444.
   
2. The condition for taking advantage of the Promotion and receiving a 10% discount is the simultaneous purchase, within a single transaction, of a set consisting of: a) an INFINITY POOL black swimsuit, and b) a BAG GIRL black bag.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be automatically applied in the Customer's cart after adding the required products.
4. In the case of purchases in the online store, a 10% discount is automatically applied to the cart after adding both products meeting the criteria referred to in point 3 above. In the Boutique, the discount is applied at the checkout during the finalization of the purchase.
5. The discount is granted on the standard retail prices of the products included in the set and does not cover the costs of order delivery.
6. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted by Participants to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51, or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To streamline and expedite the processing of complaints, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and the Participant's contact details.
3. The Organizer shall process complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and inform the Participant about the resolution in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted (unless the Participant indicates another communication channel).

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, which include: changes in legal provisions governing promotion rules, failures and technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, or the need to counteract abuse.
2. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions do not negatively affect the rights acquired by Participants before the amendment comes into force. In particular, orders placed before the amendment are executed under the previous terms.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the Promotion is tantamount to acceptance of the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any consumer rights arising from mandatorily applicable legal provisions (including those related to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
4. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
5. These Terms and Conditions come into force on July 16, 2026, at 00:01.
