PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the "SUMMER EDIT" promotion (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, email address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place on August 6, 2026, from 00:00 to 23:59, and is aimed at individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com and in the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw (hereinafter: "Participant").
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the SUMMER EDIT tab marked "-10% EXTRA | CODE: SUMMER" will receive a 10% discount on that product.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code SUMMER in the field designated for entering discount codes in the order summary.
4. During the promotion, the list of models covered and the discount amount may change.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a cash or material equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions of the Organizer.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Participants may submit any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion to the email address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51, or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To expedite the complaint process, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and indicate the email address associated with the order.
3. The Organizer shall consider complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and inform the Participant of the decision in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for important reasons, including: changes in legal regulations governing promotion rules, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to counteract abuse, or changes in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
2. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion shall not affect the rights acquired by Participants before the entry into force of the changes – in particular, the opportunity to benefit from a discount before the end of the Promotion remains valid for the period indicated in the promotion from the moment of their receipt by the customer.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers arising from mandatory legal provisions (including those related to the non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Terms and Conditions" tab.
4. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on August 6, 2026, at 00:00.
