PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TOGETHER IS ALWAYS BETTER

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion titled "TOGETHER IS ALWAYS BETTER" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, email address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from July 24, 2026, at 00:00, until July 26, 2026, at 23:59, or while supplies last, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com.
   
2. The condition for using the Promotion and receiving a 10% discount is the simultaneous purchase of at least two different product models available in the online store within one transaction.
   
3. The Promotion does not apply to the purchase of only two items of the same model.
4. In the case of purchasing 3 or more products – a -10% discount is applied to a maximum of 2 products, selecting those that provide the most favorable discount for the Customer.
5. In the Online Store, a 10% discount is automatically applied in the order summary after adding both products meeting the criteria mentioned in point 2 above to the cart.
6. The 10% discount is calculated based on the currently applicable retail prices of the products in the Store (including prices of products previously discounted or subject to other reductions).
7. The discount does not cover order delivery costs.
8. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
9. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes and promotions.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Participants may submit any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51, or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To streamline and expedite the complaint handling process, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and the Participant's contact details.
3. The Organizer will process complaints within 14 days from their delivery date and will inform the Participant about the resolution in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted (unless the Participant specifies a different communication channel).

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, which include: changes in legal regulations governing promotion rules, failures and technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, or the need to counteract abuses.
2. An amendment to the Terms and Conditions does not negatively affect the rights acquired by Participants before the amendment came into effect. In particular, orders placed before the amendment are processed under the previous rules.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the Promotion is equivalent to accepting the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
2. For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, particularly the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers arising from mandatory legal provisions (including those concerning product non-conformity with the contract).
4. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Terms and Conditions" tab.
5. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on July 24, 2026, at 00:01.
