PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion named "PRIVATE SALE" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place exclusively on 27.07.2026 from 12:00 PM until 28.07.2026 until 12:00 PM (hereinafter: "Promotion Period").
2. The Promotion is addressed exclusively to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, who have the status of an active subscriber to the Newsletter service (hereinafter: "Participants").
3. The subject of the Promotion are selected products located in a dedicated category, to which access is provided in the Newsletter.
4. The amount of the discount is specified in the message sent to subscribers.
5. The condition for applying the discount is to enter the dedicated discount code provided to Participants in the Newsletter, in the Customer's cart in the space provided for entering the discount code, before finalizing the order.
6. The discount does not apply to shipping costs.
7. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions of the Organizer.
8. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
   

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted by Participants to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To expedite the processing of a complaint, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and indicate the e-mail address associated with the Newsletter subscription.
3. The Organizer shall consider complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and inform the Participant of the decision in the same way the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for important reasons, including: changes in legal regulations governing the rules of promotions, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to counteract abuses, or a change in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
2. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion does not prejudice the rights acquired by Participants. In particular, a discount issued before these events remains valid for the period specified in the previous wording of the Terms and Conditions.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. The Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers resulting from absolutely binding provisions of law (including those arising from non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Terms and Conditions" tab.
4. The Terms and Conditions come into force on 27.07.2026 at 11:30 AM.
