PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the "LAST CALL" promotion is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The promotion will only take place from July 3, 2026, from 00:01 to July 6, 2026, until 12:00.
2. Every person who, during the promotion period, purchases any model from the LAST CALL tab will be entitled to a discount of 10%, 15%, 20% on that product, as indicated on the label. The discount will be applied after entering the discount code LASTCALL in the field provided for entering the discount code at the final stage of order fulfillment.
   
3. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
4. During the promotion, the list of models covered by it and the amount of the discount may change.
5. The promotion can be combined with other selected promotions of the Organizer, whose terms and conditions expressly allow it or when such information has been directly provided in promotional materials.
6. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Participants may submit all complaints regarding the course of the Promotion to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51, or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To expedite the processing of a complaint, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and indicate the e-mail address associated with the Newsletter subscription.
3. The Organizer will consider complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and will inform the Participant of the decision in the same way the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for important reasons, which include: changes in legal regulations governing the rules of promotions, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to counteract abuses, or a change in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
2. Changes to the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion do not affect rights acquired by Participants before the changes came into force – in particular, Discount Codes issued before the termination of the Promotion remain valid for 14 days from the moment they are received by the customer.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any consumer rights resulting from absolutely binding legal provisions (including those related to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Terms and Conditions" tab.
4. These Terms and Conditions come into force on July 3, 2026, at 00:01.
