PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LAST CALL

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion named "LAST CALL" is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The promotion will take place exclusively from 03.07.2026 at 00:01 until 06.07.2026 at 12:00.
2. Any person who, during the promotion period, purchases any model from the LAST CALL tab will be entitled to a discount of 10%, 15%, 20% on that product, as indicated on the label. The discount will be applied after entering the discount code LASTCALL in the field designated for entering the discount code at the final stage of order fulfillment.
   
3. The discount does not apply to shipping costs.
4. During the promotion, the list of models covered and the discount amount may change.
5. The promotion can be combined with other selected promotions of the Organizer, whose terms and conditions expressly allow it, or when such information has been directly communicated in promotional materials.
6. Participants cannot receive a cash equivalent or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. All complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted by Participants to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51, or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To speed up the complaint handling process, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and the e-mail address associated with the Newsletter subscription.
3. The Organizer will consider complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and will inform the Participant of the decision in the same way the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for valid reasons, which include: changes in legal regulations governing the rules of promotions, technical reasons independent of the Organizer, the need to counteract abuses, or changes in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
2. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion does not affect rights acquired by Participants. In particular, Discount Codes issued before these events remain valid within the period specified in the previous wording of the Terms and Conditions.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers arising from absolutely binding legal provisions (including due to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Terms and Conditions" tab.
4. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 03.07.2026 at 00:01.
