§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the "KISS" promotion (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, telephone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will be held only on 02.07.2026 from 08:00 to 03.07.2026 until 23:59 (hereinafter: "Promotion Period").
2. The Promotion is addressed exclusively to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com who are active subscribers of the Newsletter service (hereinafter: "Participants").
3. The subject of the Promotion includes all products available in the Online Store.
4. The discount amount is specified in the message sent to subscribers.
5. The condition for applying the discount is to enter the dedicated discount code provided to Participants in the Newsletter, in the Customer's cart in the field designated for entering the discount code, before finalising the order.
6. The discount does not apply to shipping costs of the order.
7. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions of the Organiser, whose terms and conditions expressly allow it or when such information has been directly communicated in promotional materials.
8. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
   

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted by Participants to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organiser's registered office address.
2. To expedite the processing of a complaint, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and indicate the e-mail address associated with the Newsletter subscription.
3. The Organiser will process complaints within 14 days from their delivery date and will inform the Participant about the decision in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for valid reasons, including: changes in legal provisions governing promotion rules, technical reasons beyond the Organiser's control, the need to counteract abuse, or changes in the Organiser's marketing strategy.
2. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion do not affect the rights acquired by Participants before the changes came into force - in particular, Discount Codes issued before the termination of the Promotion remain valid for 14 days from the moment they are received by the customer.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers arising from mandatory legal provisions (including those related to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organiser's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Regulations" tab.
4. These Terms and Conditions come into force on 02.07.2026 at 07:59.
