PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FLASH SALE

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the "FLASH SALE" promotion (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will run from July 31, 2026, from 12:00 PM to August 3, 2026, until 11:59 AM, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com and in the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw (hereinafter: "Participant").
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the FLASH SALE tab will be entitled to a 20% discount on that product.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code FLASH in the field designated for discount codes in the order summary.
4. During the promotion, the list of models covered by it and the amount of the discount may change.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions of the Organizer.

§3 CLAIMS

1. Participants may submit any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To expedite the processing of claims, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and the email address associated with the order.
3. The Organizer shall consider complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and inform the Participant of the decision in the same way the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for valid reasons, including: changes in legal provisions regulating the rules of promotions, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to counteract abuses, or changes in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
2. Changes to the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion do not affect rights acquired by Participants before the changes came into force – in particular, the ability to use a discount before the end of the Promotion remains valid for the period indicated in the promotion from the moment of receipt by the customer.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers resulting from absolutely binding legal provisions (including those related to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Terms and Conditions" tab.
4. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on July 31, 2026, at 11:30 AM.
