TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 
FLASH SALE
30-31.07.2026 PROMOTION

 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the "FLASH SALE" promotion (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, telephone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

 §2 PROMOTIONAL RULES

1. The Promotion will run from 12:00 on 30.07.2026 to 11:59 on 31.07.2026 and is addressed to individuals making online purchases at www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com and at the boutique located at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw (hereinafter: "Participant").
2. Every Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the FLASH SALE tab will receive a 20% discount on that product.
3. On www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the FLASH discount code in the designated field for discount codes in the order summary.
4. During the promotion period, the list of included models and the amount of the discount may change.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions of the Organiser.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted by Participants to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organiser's registered office address.
2. To expedite the processing of a complaint, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and indicate the e-mail address associated with the order.
3. The Organiser will process complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and will inform the Participant of the decision in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for valid reasons, including: changes in legal regulations governing promotion rules, technical reasons beyond the Organiser's control, the need to counteract abuse, or a change in the Organiser's marketing strategy.
2. An amendment to the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion does not affect the rights acquired by Participants before the changes came into force – in particular, the possibility of using a discount before the termination of the Promotion remains valid for the period specified in the promotion from the moment of their receipt by the customer.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any Consumer rights arising from absolutely binding legal provisions (including those related to the non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organiser's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
4. These Terms and Conditions come into force on 30.07.2026 at 11:30 a.m.
