PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

effective from 14.07.2026

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion named "EXTRA" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will run from 14.07.2026 at 12:30 PM until 30.07.2026 at 11:59 PM and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com and in the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw (hereinafter: "Participant").
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the RISKY SALE tab will be entitled to a 10% discount on that product.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code EXTRA in the field designated for discount codes in the order summary.
4. During the promotion period, the list of models covered by the promotion and the amount of the discount may change.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions of the Organizer.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Any complaints regarding the Promotion's execution may be submitted by Participants to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51, or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To expedite the complaint resolution process, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and indicate the e-mail address associated with the order.
3. The Organizer shall process complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and inform the Participant of the decision in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for valid reasons, which include: changes in legal regulations governing promotion rules, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to counteract abuse, or a change in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
2. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion shall not affect rights acquired by Participants before the changes came into effect – in particular, the opportunity to use a discount before the Promotion ends remains valid for the period specified in the promotion from the moment it is received by the customer.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any consumer rights resulting from absolutely binding legal provisions (including those related to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
4. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on 14.07.2026 at 12:30 PM.
