PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion named "Up to -15% on bestsellers" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). The information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place only on 26.06.2026 from 00:01 to 23:59 (hereinafter: "Promotion Period").
2. The Promotion is addressed only to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com who have the status of active Newsletter subscribers (hereinafter: "Participants").
3. The subject of the Promotion are products located in the dedicated "Bestsellers" tab in the Online Store.
4. The discount amount for Promotional Products depends on the time of placing the order during the Promotion Period:
   1. from 00:00 to 15:00, the Participant is entitled to a 15% discount on Promotional Products;
   2. from 15:01 to 23:59, the Participant is entitled to a 10% discount on Promotional Products.
5. The condition for applying the discount is to enter the dedicated discount code provided to Participants in the Newsletter, in the Customer's shopping cart in the field intended for entering the discount code, before finalizing the order.
6. The discount does not apply to order delivery costs.
7. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions of the Organizer, whose regulations explicitly allow it or when such information has been directly provided in promotional materials.
8. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.

 §3 COMPLAINTS

1. Participants may submit any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To speed up the complaint handling process, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and indicate the e-mail address associated with the Newsletter subscription.
3. The Organizer processes complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and informs the Participant about the decision in the same way the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for valid reasons, including: changes in legal regulations governing the rules of promotions, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to counteract abuse, or a change in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
2. Changes to the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion do not affect the rights acquired by Participants before the changes came into force – in particular, Discount Codes issued before the termination of the Promotion remain valid for 14 days from the moment they are received by the customer.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by generally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers arising from mandatory legal provisions (including those regarding non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
4. These Terms and Conditions come into force on 26.06.2026 at 00:01.
