 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, telephone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The promotion is organized under the name "Free shipping on NEW ARRIVALS" and is hereinafter referred to as: "the Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place on 05.02.2026 from 11:11 AM to 11:59 PM or until further notice and is aimed at individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com.
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the NEW ARRIVALS tab in the online store will be entitled to free shipping within Poland using the following methods: DHL courier, DHL POP or InPost Parcel Lockers.
3. The Promotion does not apply to orders with cash-on-delivery payment options or international shipping.
4. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the promotion will be applied after adding products from the NEW ARRIVALS category to the cart and entering the shipping country.
5. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions offered by the Organizer.
6. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.

 §3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, as amended) or the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants in the Promotion are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is equivalent to accepting the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time during its duration, without providing reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
