 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The promotion is organized under the name "Free shipping on all Risk items" and is hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from 29.06.2026 from 11:24 a.m. to 30.06.2026 until 11:59 p.m. or until canceled and is addressed to people making online purchases at www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com.
2. Every Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product in the online store will be entitled to free shipping within Poland using the following methods: DHL courier, DHL POP or InPost Parcel Lockers.
3. The promotion does not apply to orders with cash on delivery payment option or international shipping.
4. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the promotion will be applied after adding products to the cart and entering the shipping country.
5. The promotion can be combined with other selected promotions by the Organizer.
6. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.

 §3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under the warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, as amended) or the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants in the Promotion are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is tantamount to acceptance of the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. All changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Regulations" tab.
