Terms and Conditions of the Free Delivery on the entire Risco promotion

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organizer of the promotion named "FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL RISK PRODUCTS" (hereinafter: "the Promotion") is RISK S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, email address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "the Terms"). Information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.
Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.

§2 PROMOTION RULES

The Promotion will run from August 3, 2026, from 12:00 PM, to August 5, 2026, until 12:00 PM, or until revoked, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com (hereinafter: "Participant").
Every Participant who, during the Promotion period, purchases any product in the online store will be entitled to free delivery within Poland using the following methods: DHL courier, DHL POP, or InPost Parcel Lockers.
The Promotion does not apply to orders with international shipping.
On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the promotion will be applied automatically after adding products to the cart and entering the shipping country.
The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions offered by the Organizer.
The Participant cannot demand a cash equivalent or exchange the benefits of free delivery for other services.

§3 COMPLAINTS

Any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted by Participants to the email address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
To expedite the processing of a complaint, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and an email address.
The Organizer will consider complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and will inform the Participant of the decision in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF PROMOTION

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for valid reasons, including: changes in legal provisions governing the rules for conducting promotions, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to counteract abuse, or a change in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion does not affect the rights acquired by Participants before the changes came into effect – in particular, the use of free delivery before the end of the Promotion within the period specified in the terms and conditions.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any Consumer rights arising from absolutely binding legal provisions (including those related to the non-conformity of goods with the contract).
These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
These Terms and Conditions come into effect on August 3, 2026, at 11:30 AM.
