PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, telephone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The promotion is organized under the name "-15% EXTRA ON SALE" and is hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place on 28.01.2026 from 2:18 PM until 29.01.2026 at 11:59 PM or until revoked and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com.
2. Every Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the WINTER SALE UP TO -50% tab will be entitled to an additional 10% discount on that product.
3. On www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code WINTERSALE in the field designated for entering discount codes or after entering it in the Customer's cart.
4. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
5. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
6. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions by the Organizer.

 §3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under the warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, as amended), or the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Promotion are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is equivalent to accepting the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Regulations" tab.
