"RISK BY YOU" Contest Rules

§ 1
Definitions
1. Contest – the "Risk by YOU" contest, organized by the RISK brand, the rules of which are set out in these Regulations.
2. Organizer – RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Szpitalna 6A lok. 11, 00-031 Warsaw), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, REGON: 146129025, NIP: 1132855615, with share capital of PLN 100,000.00.
3. Profile – the Organizer's profiles on Facebook (available at: https://www.facebook.com/riskmadeinwarsaw) and Instagram (@riskmadeinwarsaw).
4. Edition – a single, daily segment of the Contest dedicated to one theme of the day (RISK brand print or color), announced in a separate contest post on the Profile.
5. Participant – a natural person with a user account on Facebook or Instagram and participating in the Contest, as referred to in § 4 of the Regulations.
6. Contest Entry – the Participant's contest submission, as referred to in § 5 of the Regulations.
7. Contest Committee – a committee composed of 3 (three) representatives of the Organizer, evaluating the Contest Entries submitted by Participants.
8. Laureate – a Participant whose Contest Entry was judged by the Contest Committee as winning in a given Edition.
9. Prize – a prize awarded to the Laureate, specified in detail in § 6 of the Regulations.
10. RISK Store – the Organizer's retail store located in Warsaw at ul. Szpitalna 6A and the Organizer's online store located at: https://www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com/.


§ 2
General Information
1. The Contest takes place in the territory of the Republic of Poland via Facebook and Instagram, on the Organizer's Profile.
2. The proper conduct of the Contest is supervised by the Contest Committee.
3. The Contest is conducted in compliance with the rules regarding the protection of personal data specified, in particular, in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L.2016.119.1) (hereinafter: "GDPR").
4. The Contest is not a game of chance, a lottery, a mutual bet, a promotional lottery, the outcome of which depends on chance, or any other form of game of chance provided for in the
Act of 19 November 2009 on gambling (Journal of Laws 2009 No. 201, item 1540 as amended). Winning Contest Entries are selected by the Contest Committee based on the criteria specified in § 5 of the Regulations, and the outcome of the Contest does not depend on chance.
5. The Contest is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the owners of Facebook and Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for the Contest. All questions, comments, and complaints related to the Contest should be directed to the Organizer, and in no case to the owner or administrator of Facebook or Instagram. The above exemption from liability does not affect the Organizer's liability to the Contest Participant in connection with their participation in the Contest.


§ 3
Contest Duration
1. The Contest runs from June 16, 2026, to June 20, 2026, and consists of 5 (five) daily Editions.
2. Each Edition is dedicated to a separate daily theme and is announced in a separate contest post on the Profile, according to the following schedule:
a) Edition 1 – June 16, 2026 – theme: Leo;
b) Edition 2 – June 17, 2026 – theme: Dreamworld Maps;
c) Edition 3 – June 18, 2026 – theme: Birds of Warsaw;
d) Edition 4 – June 19, 2026 – theme: Art Blue;
e) Edition 5 – June 20, 2026 – theme: Little Black Dress.
3. Contest Entries for a given Edition can be submitted from the moment the contest post for that Edition is published on the Profile until 23:59:59 on the same day.
4. In each Edition, the Contest Committee selects one Laureate.

§ 4
Participants
1. Any natural person residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, who has reached the age of 18, has full legal capacity, and an active account on Facebook or Instagram, may participate in the Contest.
2. Participation in the Contest is only allowed personally, i.e., it is not permissible to submit contest entries on behalf of third parties.
3. Employees and associates of the Organizer and other entities directly involved in the preparation and conduct of the Contest, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, ascendants, descendants, and siblings) of the aforementioned persons, may not participate in the Contest.
4. Before participating in the Contest, it is required to read and accept the provisions of the Regulations.
5. The rules for processing Participants' personal data within the framework of the Contest and the catalog of rights related to the processing of personal data are described in § 9 of the Regulations.

§ 5
Contest Rules
1. The Contest is conducted through contest posts for individual Editions, published on the Organizer's Profile.
2. The Participant's task is to perform the contest task (Contest Entry) and submit it in a comment under the contest post of a given Edition. The Contest Entry consists of:
a) posting a photo showing a RISK brand item owned by the Participant referring to the theme of a given Edition (e.g., in the print or color of the day), and
b) indicating the name of any model available in the Organizer's online store (riskmadeinwarsaw.com) that the Participant chooses as their Prize in case of winning in a given Edition.
3. An additional, optional element of the submission, rewarded in the assessment of the Contest Committee, is the Participant posting a story on Instagram with the @riskmadeinwarsaw profile tagged.
4. Only Contest Entries that meet the following criteria may be submitted to the Contest:
a) related to the theme of a given Edition;
b) not containing images of third parties without their consent;
c) not containing trademarks, advertising, and promotional messages of third parties other than the Organizer, in particular competing entities;
d) not containing content that violates the law or is contrary to good morals, in particular, not infringing on the rights of third parties, not inciting violence or intolerance, and not containing vulgarities.
5. Each Participant may take part in each of the Contest Editions. Regardless of the number of submissions, one Participant may be awarded only once in the Contest and receive only one Prize.
6. The Contest Committee evaluates the Contest Entries in a given Edition, taking into account, in particular, their originality, inventiveness, creativity, and compliance with the daily theme, and selects one winning Contest Entry. The choice made by the Contest Committee is final. The Contest is not a game of chance – Laureates are not selected by drawing lots.
7. The Contest Committee makes the selection within 3 business days from the end of a given Edition. Information about the results of a given Edition will be provided on the Organizer's Profile (in a comment under the contest post and/or in a story).
8. Immediately, no later than 7 days from the announcement of the results of a given Edition, the Laureate is obliged to contact the Organizer via private message and provide the data necessary to award the Prize, in accordance with § 6 section 5 of the Regulations.

§ 6
Prize
1. The prize in each Edition is one item chosen by the Laureate from the Organizer's online store (www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com), with no value limit. The Laureate
may choose any product available in the current offer of the Organizer's online store.
2. The Prize is not exchangeable for a cash equivalent or another item. The right to the Prize cannot be transferred to another person.
3. The Organizer is the entity awarding the Prizes. An additional cash prize will be added to the value of each Prize, equal to the lump-sum income tax on natural persons for winning in the Contest, in an amount constituting 11.11% of the value of the given Prize. The Laureate agrees that the amount of the additional cash prize is not payable to them but is intended for the payment of the tax due for winning the Prize in the Contest. The Organizer, as the payer of the lump-sum income tax on natural persons, will calculate, collect, and transfer the lump-sum income tax due for the win to the competent tax office before awarding the Prize.
4. In the absence of the model, color, or size chosen by the Laureate in the Organizer's current offer, the Organizer — after prior contact with the Laureate — will propose an individually agreed Prize with similar characteristics or value.
5. The Laureate is obliged to send the Organizer, via private message, within 7 days from the date of announcement of the results of a given Edition, the data necessary for awarding the Prize, i.e.: first name, last name, shipping address, e-mail address, and contact telephone number, as well as the indication of the chosen model and size.
6. Failure to meet the deadline indicated in section 5 above or providing incorrect data results in the loss of the right to the Prize.
7. The Prize will be awarded (sent) to the Laureate at the Organizer's expense in the territory of the Republic of Poland, within 30 days from the date of receipt of complete data from the Laureate, as referred to in section 5 above.

§ 7
Copyright, Image and License
1. By submitting a Contest Entry, the Participant declares that they are its author (including the author or person authorized to the uploaded photo), that the Contest Entry does not infringe the rights of third parties, and that the persons whose image has been captured in the photo have consented to its dissemination to the extent necessary for participation in the Contest.
2. Upon submitting the Contest Entry, the Participant grants the Organizer a free, non-exclusive, unlimited in time and territory license to use the Contest Entry (including the uploaded photo and the content of the submission) for purposes related to the Contest and for the Organizer's marketing and promotional purposes, in particular through publication, recording, reproduction, sharing, and further publishing (resharing) of the Contest Entry on the Organizer's profiles and materials, including on Facebook and Instagram.
3. The license referred to in section 2 above covers the use of the Participant's image captured in the Contest Entry to the extent indicated in section 2.

§ 8
Organizer's Rights and Obligations
1. The Organizer of the Contest reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Contest Participants whose actions (including submitted Contest Entries) are contrary to good morals, violate principles of social coexistence, infringe the legitimate interests of the Organizer, harm its image, violate universally binding legal provisions, infringe the rights or personal goods of the Organizer or third parties, or violate the provisions of these Regulations.
2. To clarify doubts related to the Participant's activity in the Contest or the awarding of the Prize to the Laureate, the Organizer may contact the Participant/Laureate using the communication methods provided by them.

§ 9
Information clause regarding the processing of personal data
In accordance with Article 13 sections 1 and 2 of the GDPR, the Organizer informs that:
1. This information clause concerns the processing of personal data of Contest Participants.
2. The Administrator of personal data of the persons referred to in section 1 is the Organizer.
3. The Administrator processes the following personal data of the persons referred to in section 1: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, and shipping address, as well as data contained in the Contest Entry (including the photo and content of the submission) and publicly available profile/account name on Facebook or Instagram.
4. For all matters related to personal data protection, you can contact the Administrator at: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com.
5. The purpose of processing the personal data of the persons referred to in section 1 is:
a) conducting the Contest and awarding Prizes to Laureates;
b) maintaining accounting and tax documentation;
c) pursuing claims and defending against claims;
d) marketing of own services.
6. The legal basis for processing the personal data of the persons referred to in section 1 is:
a) in relation to the purpose referred to in section 5 lit. a) above – Article 6 section 1 lit. a) of the GDPR, i.e., the consent of the data subject;
b) in relation to the purpose referred to in section 5 lit. b) above – Article 6 section 1 lit. c) of the GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation;
c) in relation to the purposes referred to in section 5 lit. c) and d) above – Article 6 section 1 lit. f) of the GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.
7. Expressing consent to data processing, as referred to in section 6 lit. a) above, is understood as submitting a Contest Entry, in accordance with § 5 of the Regulations, constituting a clear affirmative action confirming consent to the processing of personal data, as referred to in Article 4 point 11 of the GDPR.
8. Personal data of the persons referred to in section 1 will be processed:
a) in relation to the purpose referred to in section 5 lit. a) above – until the end of the Contest and the realization of the Prize in the RISK Store or until consent is withdrawn;
b) in relation to the purposes referred to in section 5 lit. b)–d) above – for a period of 2 years or until an objection is lodged.
9. In connection with the processing of personal data of the persons referred to in section 1, these persons have the right to:
a) withdraw consent to the processing of personal data,
b) request access to their personal data,
c) request rectification of their personal data,
d) request erasure or restriction of processing of their personal data,
e) data portability,
f) object to the processing of personal data in cases specified in Article 21 of the GDPR,
g) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
10. The Administrator may transfer the personal data of the persons referred to in section 1 to trusted recipients, such as accountants and law firms. The Administrator will not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
11. Providing personal data by the persons referred to in section 1 is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Contest.
12. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is the administrator of personal data processed on Facebook and Instagram and in the Messenger application. As a data administrator, Meta processes data in accordance with its data policies, available on these platforms.

§ 10
Complaints
1. Every Participant has the right to file complaints during the Contest or after its completion, no later than July 31, 2026.
2. Complaints can be submitted in writing (by registered letter) to the Organizer's address or to the Organizer's email address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com.
3. Complaints will be handled by the Organizer promptly, but no later than 7 (seven) days from the date of their receipt. The Participant will be informed of the Organizer's decision in the same manner in which the complaint was submitted.
4. For a complaint to be processed efficiently, it should contain the first name, last name, contact details, a description of the reasons for the complaint, and the desired method of resolution.
5. Regardless of the complaint procedure, Participants have the right to pursue their rights through court proceedings before common courts.

§ 11
Final Provisions
1. These Regulations are the only document defining the rules for participation in the Contest.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the content of the Regulations in justified cases, provided that the changes do not infringe the rights acquired by the Participants.
3. Any disputes arising from the performance of obligations related to this Contest will be resolved by the court competent for the Organizer's registered office.
4. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and other universally applicable laws shall apply.
5. The Contest Regulations are available at the Organizer's registered office and on the Organizer's Profile.
