§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The promotion is organized under the name "LUCKY7" and is hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from June 29, 2026, from 2:50 PM to July 1, 2026, until 11:59 PM or until revoked, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com.
2. Any Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any RISK brand product in the online store will be entitled to a 7% discount on their entire order.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com the discount will be applied after entering the discount code LUCKY7 in the designated field for entering the discount code or after entering it in the Customer's cart.
4. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
5. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
6. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions of the Organizer.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Regulations do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under the warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, as amended) or from the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Action are subject to these Regulations. Participation in the Action is tantamount to accepting the rules of these Regulations.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Action at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations. Any changes to these Regulations will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Regulations will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
