PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, email address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The Promotion is organized under the name "LET'S TALK for 1 grosz with every order" and is hereinafter referred to as: "the Promotion."
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from February 13, 2026, from 00:00 to 23:59 or until further notice, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com or in the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw.
2. Each Participant who makes a purchase during the promotion period will receive the magazine "Let's Talk" for 1 grosz.
3. The promotional product will be automatically added to the cart.
   
4. The gift cannot be exchanged for another.
5. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the gift.
6. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions by the Organizer.
7. In the event of a full return of an order to which a gift was added, the participant is obliged to return the gift.
   

 §3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, as amended) or the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Campaign are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Campaign is equivalent to accepting the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Regulations" tab.
