PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The promotion is organized under the name "-10% EXTRA ON FINAL SALE" and is hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place on February 19, 2026 from 00:00 to February 19, 2026 until 23:59 or until further notice, and is addressed to people making online purchases on the website www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com or in the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw.
2. Every Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the SALE EXTRA10 tab will be entitled to an additional 10% discount on that product.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code EXTRA10 in the field designated for entering the discount code or after entering it in the Customer's cart.
4. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
5. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
6. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions of the Organizer.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of the Regulations do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under the warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Dz.U.2016.380 j.t.) or the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Dz.U.2014.827).
2. All participants of the Action are subject to these Regulations. Participation in the Action is tantamount to accepting the rules of these Regulations.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Action at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations. All changes to these Regulations will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Regulations will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
