PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion named "FLASH" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the rules specified in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"). Information contained in promotional materials is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.
   

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from July 10, 2026, 00:00 to July 12, 2026, 23:59, or until further notice, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com and in the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw (hereinafter: "Participant").
2. Every Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the FLASH tab will be entitled to a 20% discount on that product.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the FLASH discount code in the field designated for discount codes in the order summary.
4. During the promotion period, the list of included models and the amount of the discount may change.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions of the Organizer.

§3 COMPLAINTS

1. Participants may submit any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion to the e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, by phone at: +48 22 490 20 51 or in writing to the Organizer's registered office address.
2. To expedite the processing of a complaint, it is recommended to provide a brief description of the problem and indicate the e-mail address associated with the Newsletter subscription.
3. The Organizer will consider complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and will inform the Participant about the decision in the same way the complaint was submitted.

§4 AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion for important reasons, which include: changes in legal regulations governing the rules for conducting promotions, technical reasons beyond the Organizer's control, the need to counteract abuses, or a change in the Organizer's marketing strategy.
2. An amendment to the Terms and Conditions or termination of the Promotion does not affect the rights acquired by Participants before the changes came into effect – in particular, gifts received for 1gr issued before the end of the Promotion remain valid for 14 days from the date of their receipt by the customer.

§5 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. For matters not regulated herein, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any consumer rights resulting from absolutely binding legal provisions (including those related to non-conformity of goods with the contract).
3. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
4. These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect on July 10, 2026, at 00:01.
