§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, telephone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
2. The promotion is organized under the name "ADDITIONAL -15% ON ALL SALE ITEMS" and is hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from 00:00 on 12.06.2026 to 23:59 on 15.06.2026 or until further notice, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on the website www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com or in the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw.
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the SALE tab will be entitled to a 15% discount on these products.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code RISKFORALL in the designated field for discount codes or by entering it in the Customer's cart.
4. During the promotion, the list of models covered by it and the amount of the discount may change.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions of the Organizer.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of the Regulations do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, consolidated text) or from the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Campaign are subject to these Regulations. Participation in the Campaign is tantamount to accepting the rules of these Regulations.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations. Any changes to these Regulations will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Regulations will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
