PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
UP TO -13% ON EVERYTHING ON WEDNESDAY THE THIRTEENTH

 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The Promotion is organized under the name "UP TO -13% ON EVERYTHING ON WEDNESDAY THE THIRTEENTH" and is hereinafter referred to as: "The Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place on 13.05.2026 from 00:00 to 23:59 or until further notice and is addressed to individuals making purchases online at www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com or at the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw.
2. Every Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product in the online store or boutique will be entitled to a 13% discount from 00:00 to 13:00, 10% from 13:01-18:00, and 7% from 18:01-23:59 on these products.
3. On www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code KICIKICI in the designated field for entering discount codes or by entering it in the Customer's cart.
4. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
5. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
6. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions of the Organizer.

 §3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit consumer rights under warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, as amended) or the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Campaign are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Campaign is equivalent to accepting the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
