PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The Promotion is organized under the name "-15% EXTRA ON SALE" and is hereinafter referred to as: "the Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from June 25, 2026, 00:00 to June 28, 2026, 23:59, or until further notice, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases at www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com or at the boutique at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw.
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the SALE tab will receive an additional 15% discount on that product.
3. On the website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code THEEND in the field designated for entering discount codes or after entering it in the Customer's cart.
4. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
5. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
6. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions of the Organizer.

 §3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Regulations do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380 consolidated text) or from the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Promotion are subject to these Regulations. Participation in the Promotion is tantamount to accepting the rules of these Regulations.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations. Any changes to these Regulations will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Regulations will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the Regulations tab.
