PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-15% EXTRA ON DRESSES
FOR SPRING RESET

 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 1132855615, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The Promotion is organized under the name "-15% EXTRA ON DRESSES FOR SPRING RESET" and is hereinafter referred to as: "the Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from March 23, 2026, from 12:00 PM, to March 25, 2026, until 12:00 PM, or until further notice, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases at www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com.
2. Each Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the SPRING RESET tab will be entitled to an additional 15% discount on that product.
3. On www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code EXTRA15 in the designated field for discount codes or after entering it in the Customer's cart.
4. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
5. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or material equivalent in exchange for the discount.
6. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions offered by the Organizer.

 §3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Regulations do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under warranty arising from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380 as amended) or the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Campaign are subject to these Regulations. Participation in the Campaign is tantamount to accepting the rules of these Regulations.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations. Any changes to these Regulations will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Regulations will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com in the "Regulations" tab.
