PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer is RISK S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.com, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The promotion is organized under the name "-10% EXTRA ON DRESSES FROM MID SEASON SALE" and is hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

§2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from April 13, 2026, from 10:49 AM to 11:59 PM or until revoked, and is addressed to individuals making online purchases on www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com.
2. Every Participant who, during the promotion period, purchases any product from the MID SEASON SALE Dresses tab will receive an additional 10% discount on that product.
3. On www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code YESDRESS in the designated field for discount codes or after entering it in the Customer's cart.
4. The promotion covers the first 50 codes.
5. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
6. The Participant cannot receive a monetary or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
7. The Promotion can be combined with other selected promotions by the Organizer.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of the Regulations do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380, consolidated text) or the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants in the Campaign are subject to these Regulations. Participation in the Campaign is equivalent to accepting the rules of these Regulations.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time during its duration, without stating reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations. Any changes to these Regulations will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Regulations will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.com under the "Regulations" tab.
